Island Shellfish offer a fantastic next day delivery service. The half shell Manx Queenies are prepared for cooking, very fresh, taste delicious and offer great value for money.

We’ve been using the fresh half shell Queenies from Island Shellfish at The Seafood Restaurant for many a few years now. They are an amazing product, so fresh and sweet . We serve them raw and cooked in a variety of ways including: a la plancha with a simple beurre noisette.

Isle of Man Queen Scallops are a unique and sustainable product. They arrive incredibly fresh and ready to serve in the half shell. We have used them on our menus and they have always proved very popular with our diners.

So fresh on delivery that we use them raw with a dressing for the first couple days. Also great as snacks
