We reserve the right to change any of the contents of any part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without notice.
We despatch to most parts of the UK. In some postal areas of Scotland there is no “guaranteed next day” delivery service available; please call us on 01624 834494 if you live out in a remote area to confirm delivery of a specific postal code.
30 days credit from the date of the invoice
Orders are dispatched for “next day delivery”. Normally your order will reach you before 1pm on the day following dispatch, sometimes however it may be delayed until the early afternoon.
You are responsible for giving us a full and correct address for all deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode. If our carriers are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the order in full. Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place (for example the back door of the restaurant) and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk, we accept no liability for its loss or damage.
We aim to supply our products at the highest standard; if you are not happy with the quality of our products can send you a replacement or issue you with a credit note.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 12pm on the day of dispatch.
We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.
